Friday night's last minute dinner


I spent friday lazing about and didn't realise that time had gone by so quickly. By the time it was dinner time, I couldn't find that udon i was talkin bout or the ingredients, mainly an array of mushrooms i was craving for, that i needed. So i ended up with this quick-whip-up concoction. Simple noodles fried in japanese sauce with the tanginess of fresh lemon juice.
By the way, my dad loves bak kua so this was a dish inspired by him. :)

omg!!! My mum uses bak kwa in her noodles too! the older generation and their weird food fetishes.
